Service Terms

1. Binding Agreement
By signing the official receipt, the customer agrees to all clauses (1-10) herein. Cancellation of services or receipt modifications post-signature requires company approval. Unauthorized cancellations will incur full repair charges.

2. Inspection Authorization
Written consent for watch inspection grants us authorization to open the case for movement examination. Once the professional diagnostic process begins, the inspection service becomes non-cancelable.

3. Parts Replacement Policy
Damaged components will be replaced at exchange prices. Original defective parts become company property and will be systematically recycled.

4. Loss Liability
In the event of loss during repair, we will compensate with an identical model/specification timepiece. If unavailable, resolution terms will be mutually agreed upon.

5. Out-of-Warranty Overseas Repairs
For watches requiring manufacturer servicing abroad, explicit customer consent will be obtained. Customers may opt for overseas repair or product return.

6. Good-Faith Repair Commitment
For out-of-warranty watches, we undertake best-effort repairs. If restoration proves technically unfeasible, customers will be notified to retrieve the watch with all charges waived.

7. Collection Protocol
Post-repair, watches require original receipt presentation. Authorized representatives must submit completed proxy forms. Lost receipts demand immediate notification to initiate protective measures.

8.Payment Obligation
Out-of-warranty watches will be released only after full payment settlement, unless otherwise documented in writing.

9.Warranty Coverage
Paid repairs carry a 12-month warranty effective from collection date, covering serviced movements/replaced parts only.
